Waist- This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's an inch or so above your belly button.

Hips- This is the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone.

Measurement is taken approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline.

Hollow to hem- Start the tape at the hollow at the base of your neck and

measure down to where you want the hem.

 Also, be sure you are wearing the same height heel you'll wear on your wedding day.

Arm Girth- (optional for gowns with sleeves)

Relax your arm and measure around the largest part of the upper arm

For a selection of gowns, more measurements will be required, we will let you know if we need any extra measurements and will send you the guidelines to follow.

N.B After you have paid you will be guided to the page to enter your size from the chart or your own measurements. We accept no responsibility for wrong sizes or measurements given. It is the buyer's responsibility they get themselves measured correctly either by a friend or a professional. We recommend you to have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress, or get a friend or relative to help. Remember any dress whether bought from a shop, boutique or online may need alterations done before the big day especially if you are completing an exercise or diet program - please keep this in consideration.
