The ordering process is simple and smooth, just follow these steps. We are always ready to answer any queries related to your order.

1. Choose your design of dress.

2. Email gothicweddingshop@btinternet.com to check if your dress can be made in your colour choice/s or to make any alterations/customisations to the dress. Or to check it can be made by a certain date you need it by.

3. Go to the page where your dress is listed and select your colour option, click on the 'pay/buy now' button. Add your shipping country from the pull down box. You can choose to either checkout with Paypal or Google Checkout by clicking on the correct button. This will take you to the payment process where you can enter all relevant details to pay. All your details are secure and are never revealed to the merchant/seller.

4. Once payment has been successful you will receive an email receipt for your purchase. Within 24 hours we will send you measurement/special request form. Please fill in and return by email asap so that we can start to make your dress. (You can choose to have your dress made to a standard size or have your dress made to measure for no extra cost, both options are available on the form) Please remember that your shipping address will need to be the same as your billing address registered with Paypal or Google Checkout.

5. We will send you confirmation that your measurements have been received and we will commence work on your dress. You will be contacted once your dress has been dispatched with a tracking number so that your parcel can be tracked online. For international deliveries we require a landline telephone number for delivery.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O Box addresses. Although it is rare it is the buyers responsibility to ensure any custom charges are paid (if any occur) for international deliveries.

NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES FOR UK IS WITHIN 30-45 DAYS, U.S IS WITHIN 30-55 DAYS, INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES IS 30-65 DAYS. A MAXIMUM DELIVERY TIME IS 10 WEEKS.

Please DO NOT use this service (as it is not guranteed by a certain date) if your wedding date is less than 28 days away. This service is intended to be used to receive your dress quicker than normal order, but not guarnateed to get your dress just in the nick of time for your event. We cannot be held responsible for last minute ordering stress!
